GET ON THE LIST
Signup for the Keepsake Waitlist to get notified when spots become available on the Keepsake Doll production calendar.

BOOK YOUR SPOT
When available spots are announced, reserve your doll’s spot on the Keepsake Doll production calendar and pay the initial deposit for your Keepsake Doll.

FINALIZE YOUR ORDER
Choose your doll’s style options, select the clothing you wish to use then ship the items to the address provided, and pay the remaining balance for your Keepsake Doll.
Once your Keepsake Doll is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
You may send onesies, bodysuits, pajamas, shirts, dress, bottoms, overalls, knitwear, swaddle blankets. They may be everyday items that hold special meaning or items from a special occasion such as first Birthday, first Easter or first Christmas. The choice is yours.
It depends. If you are sending clothes that are NB, 3 month, 6 month or 9 months, more than one outfit will be needed. For clothes that are 12 months or more, only one outfit is necessary. A reference chart and guide will be provided to help with your decision once your deposit is paid.
Typically the process from deposit to order shipment of your Keepsake Doll takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. If you need your Keepsake Doll for a certain date, please indicate that when you pay your deposit. Additional fees may apply to rush orders.
Currently, Keepsake Dolls may be ordered as a bunny or a reindeer.
Your deposit goes towards the overall price of your Keepsake Doll.
A deposit is required to reserve your spot on the production calendar. It is also used to purchase any materials that will be used (that we supply) to make your Keepsake Doll.
An address for where to ship your child’s outfit(s) will be provided when you book your date on our production calendar.
Since space is limited on the production calendar, deposits are not refundable. The deposit reserves a date for you that could be booked by someone else.
No, at this time only bunny dolls and reindeer dolls are offered.
Yes, customers are responsible for all shipping fees/charges.
If the clothing you send is not enough to complete your keepsake doll, you will be contacted to send more items (which could delay your doll). If it is not possible for you to send more clothing items, a complementary fabric will selected for you to be used in completing your keepsake doll.
I recommend insuring or at a minimum tracking your clothing shipment to protect your items. Emmy Wilson Gifts cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. All completed Keepsake Doll orders are insured for the value of the item(s) being shipped.
Rush orders may be accommodated, if time on the production calendar allows. An extra rush order fee as well as an expedited shipping fee will apply. All rush orders must receive prior approval so the rush fees can be paid in advance.
